User Data Deletion

OurTab.US provides a way for users to request deletion of account-linked data. This page explains how we can help, how to contact support for general issues, and how to submit a dedicated account deletion request.

How we can help

For anything in that list, open a ticket on our Support page while signed in. You will receive a ticket ID after you submit.

Request account deletion

Use the form below only to request removal of your OurTab account and associated data. We create a ticket titled [Account deletion], include your reason, and attach an automatic snapshot of your account (sign-in email, household IDs, billing flags) so our team can verify and process the request.

What data is deleted

When a valid request is processed, we will delete account-associated household data from systems we operate, including expense records, recurring records, and member profile data linked to your account where applicable.

What may be retained

Some limited technical records may be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or backup processing windows, as allowed by law.

Timing

We aim to process verified deletion requests within a reasonable time. If additional verification is needed, we may contact you before deletion is completed.

Cannot use the app?

Contact Uber Website Solutions LLC (OurTab.US is a trade name of Uber Website Solutions LLC) and include the email address you use to sign in and, if known, your household ID.
