OurTab.US helps households track shared expenses and optional bank data. If something is not working as expected, or you have a question about your account or subscription, we want to hear from you.
What we can assist with
- Pro & billing — Questions about plans, checkout, receipts, or managing your subscription in the billing portal.
- Sign-in & account — Help with Google, Apple, Facebook sign-in, or signing out across devices.
- Households & invites — Inviting members, roles, or access to a household.
- Bank linking (Plaid) — General guidance on linking or disconnecting accounts when your plan includes that feature.
- Bugs & feedback — Reports of errors or ideas to improve the product.
Before you write
When you contact us, including your sign-in email and (if relevant) your household name helps us find your account faster. Please do not send passwords or full bank credentials by email.

Signed-in users can send a message directly to our team. You will receive a ticket ID after you submit.
Sign in to the app first, then return to this page to file a ticket. Or open the app and go to Settings → Support.
